Refund policy
At SAFAAI.IN, we aim to provide quality cleaning products for your home, office, and kitchen. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we try our best to resolve every genuine issue fairly and quickly.
Returns
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- The product is leaking or defective
- The product is missing from the package
- The product received is different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and should include all items received with the order.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used cleaning products cannot be returned unless the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

- Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
- Reason for return or replacement
Our team will review your request and update you within 24–48 business hours.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received or verified by our team, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method for prepaid orders. For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after confirmation from the customer.
Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement
In case of damaged, defective, leaking, or wrong products, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability and customer preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is used or opened without any defect
- Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- Product is damaged due to customer misuse
- Original packaging, invoice, or accessories are missing
- Product was purchased during a clearance sale or final-sale offer, unless damaged or defective
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers can request return or replacement after delivery as per this policy.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product, SAFAAI.IN will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
