At SAFAAI.IN, we are committed to delivering your cleaning products quickly, safely, and efficiently. We understand how important timely delivery is, and our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for every order.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India to most serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and other logistics providers.

If your location is unserviceable, you may be notified during checkout or through email/SMS after placing the order.

🔁 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with your tracking ID and tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking details to be updated by the courier partner.

❗ Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or not delivered within 10 business days, please contact us with your Order ID.

💰 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable PIN codes.

Under our COD model, payment is collected at the time of delivery. Depending on courier availability, you may be able to pay through:

Debit/Credit Card at doorstep

The product will be handed over only after successful payment confirmation.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please ensure your phone number is active for delivery calls.

Delivery may be delayed if the customer is unreachable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect customer details.

Orders once shipped may not be cancelled in some cases.
